1. About Narnium Technology

3. Custom services

For custom services, Narnium Technology may contact the customer to clarify requirements, scope, timeline, deliverables and payment method.

A service may be refused if the request is unclear, unlawful, unsafe, abusive, technically impossible, outside the scope of Narnium Technology, or incompatible with third-party platform policies.

4. Orders

When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information.

The customer is responsible for making sure that all order details, URLs, account names, project requirements, files, business information and contact details are correct.

Narnium Technology is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, unavailable, private, restricted or changed customer information.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include PayPal, card payments, Direct Bank Transfer, Revolut or other manual payment methods.

Not all payment methods are available for all services.

Some services may only be available through manual payment methods such as Direct Bank Transfer or Revolut.

For manual payments, the customer should include the order number as the payment reference.

Orders paid by bank transfer or Revolut will normally start only after payment has been received and confirmed.

6. PayPal and card payments

Narnium Technology may restrict PayPal or card payments for certain services, product categories or order types.

Payment availability may depend on third-party payment providers, their policies, risk controls, account status, country availability or technical limitations.

7. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the service purchased, order complexity, customer cooperation, payment confirmation, third-party platforms and workload.

Any delivery time shown on the website is an estimate unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing.

For custom projects, timelines may change if the customer changes the scope, delays feedback, provides incomplete information or requests additional work.

8. Customer responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

make payments on time;
use the services lawfully;
not request illegal, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity;

9. Social media services

Some services may relate to social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms.

Customers must provide the correct public profile URL, post URL, video URL or other required public information.

Narnium Technology never asks for social media passwords.

The customer understands that social media platforms are third-party services and may change their systems, visibility, algorithms, limits, policies or account rules at any time.

Narnium Technology does not control Instagram, TikTok or any other third-party platform.

Engagement, reach, sales, customers, organic growth, retention, account performance or future visibility are not guaranteed.

10. Cybersecurity services

Cybersecurity services are provided only for lawful, authorized and ethical purposes.

The customer must have the legal right to request testing, analysis, audit, review or investigation of the systems, websites, applications, accounts, files or infrastructure involved.

Narnium Technology may refuse any request that appears unauthorized, harmful, illegal, abusive or unsafe.

Cybersecurity findings, reports or advice are based on the information and scope available at the time of the service.

No cybersecurity service can guarantee complete security, permanent protection or absence of vulnerabilities.

11. Third-party platforms and providers

Some services may depend on third-party platforms, tools, hosting providers, banks, payment providers, social networks, search engines, analytics tools, email providers or other external systems.

Narnium Technology is not responsible for delays, restrictions, suspensions, removals, technical changes, account limitations, algorithm changes, payment issues or policy changes caused by third parties.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and order issues are handled according to the Narnium Technology Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once work or delivery has started, cancellation and refund options may be limited depending on the nature of the service.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

For distance contracts, consumers may have a right of withdrawal in certain cases. However, for digital services or digital content, this right may be affected once performance has started with the consumer’s agreement and acknowledgement.

For custom design, web, branding, marketing or content services, the included number of revisions may depend on the specific service or agreement.

Additional revisions, extra features, urgent work, new requirements or scope changes may require additional payment.

Narnium Technology is not required to provide unlimited revisions unless this has been clearly agreed in writing.

15. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, content, designs, reports, graphics, files, written materials, layouts, code, documentation and other deliverables created by Narnium Technology remain protected by intellectual property rights.

After full payment, the customer may receive the right to use the final delivered work for the agreed business purpose.

Drafts, unused concepts, internal files, working files, source files or preliminary materials are not included unless specifically agreed.

The customer confirms that any text, images, logos, files, brand materials or third-party content they provide are legally allowed to be used for the project.

16. Website content

The information on this website is provided for general information and service presentation.

Narnium Technology may update, remove, modify or replace website content, services, prices, images, descriptions or availability at any time.

Errors, outdated information or technical mistakes may occasionally appear. Narnium Technology may correct them without prior notice.

17. Limitation of liability

Narnium Technology aims to provide professional and reliable services, but does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, sales, traffic, engagement, followers, revenue, security outcomes or platform performance.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Narnium Technology is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, account restrictions, platform actions, third-party failures or consequences caused by incorrect customer information.

18. Prohibited use
